Management and First Stage Leadership Development

New leaders:

I design and facilitate development programmes for those new to leadership or management roles, who may have a high level of technical or professional skill or may simply have been identified by their organisations as having leadership potential. These 6-12 month programmes vary according to client needs but may include such modules as:

~ Running performance development programmes
~ Developing others
~ Behavioural-interviewing
~ Understanding teams
~ Presentation Skills
~ Running effective meetings
~ Coaching & feedback
~ Personal effectiveness

Management programmes:

I can run any of the above as one-off modules where an organisation has identified a ‘gap’ or indeed a strength that they want to develop further in their management team. As I design these programmes to suit each client, they can be adapted to different levels of experience, either to help managers to ‘start from scratch’ or to build on their current skills.
