Learning & Development Consultancy:

I work with organisations to help them identify the sort of learning and development interventions that might contribute to their growth and success, particularly in the areas of developing future leaders and managers or raising the level of performance of individuals and teams.

Organisational Values Identification and Development:

Over the last few years I have helped a number of organisations to identify, articulate and build on their core values. This work has been undertaken with both new and well-established businesses and has involved consulting across all parts of the organisations, as well as meaning-making with senior teams.

Development of Internal Coaching Capability:

I have many years experience of developing coaches within organisations, in one of two ways:

~ Enabling managers to add coaching to their tool kit and to operate from a non-directive place when appropriate;
~ Developing internal coaches from across the organisation, to undertake coaching work off-line. This involves more hands on practice as well as more intense training.
